We offer free Pan-India shipping on all orders.

Every piece is custom made, and
our team completes production and quality checks within 2 days. Your artwork is then shipped on Day 3 through reliable partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery.

with you once dispatched.
Typical delivery time: 5–8 days, based on your city.

Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

At Brush & Bond, each artwork is created especially for you. Nothing sits in storage, we begin crafting your piece only after an order is placed. Because of this personalised process, cancellations and returns work a little differently.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please do so within the first 2 hours.

Once the artwork moves into production, we are unable to pause or cancel it.

Replacements for Damaged Deliveries

We take packaging seriously, but if your artwork reaches you damaged or with a quality issue, we’re here to fix it. Please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

  • Your order ID

 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The artwork is unused, and   
  • Returned in its original packaging

Since every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns
for change of mind.
